Discussion:

1. Update on Right to counsel items required
2. Cases filed after July 1st will be subject to mediation requirements
3. to satisfy the requirement landlords would have to participate in mediation and file an affidavit. A new form will be released, required 5 days before the trial
4. A new CF1 will be released by July 1, it is expected to be 3 pages long.
5. The Right to Counsel form must be provided to residents in all 3 languages.
